Welcome to Wedding Champs. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and the corporate-events / MICE enquiry feature offered through it (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
1. Who we are

2. The service we provide
When you submit the quote form, we treat it as an enquiry. We will respond with availability, pricing, and a written proposal. A booking is only confirmed once both parties sign a written agreement and any agreed deposit is paid.
- Venue, vendor, and date availability are not guaranteed until a written agreement is signed.
- Pricing depends on event scale, location, dates, duration, and scope of services.
- Travel, accommodation, AV, technical setup, and applicable taxes may be additional and will be itemised in the proposal.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or your organisation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a request.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries.
- Do not use the Site to harvest data, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, our database, or admin area.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Independent vendors
We work with independent venues, AV partners, caterers, artists, and production teams. While we vet our partners, individual vendors may have their own terms and riders that will be shared before booking is confirmed.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its layout, text, graphics, and the Wedding Champs name and logo, is owned by Wedding Champs or licensed to it. You may view and share public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or republish any part of the Site without written permission.
7. No guarantees / limitation of liability
The Site and the enquiry form are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to AED 500. Liability under any signed booking agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for confirmed bookings are governed by the written agreement you sign with us. The enquiry itself can be withdrawn any time before signing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
